Track Workouts

For those who want to continue to, or learn to run on the track, or just get faster, we also have weekly track workouts at the Medford Memorial Middle School track.

We usually meet on Saturday mornings in the winter, and Tuesday evenings in the summer. The Striders Track Team page has more information.

In addition to the above runs, some of our members also attend the following groups runs

Wednesday Nights, 6:30 PM, Haddonfield Running Co.

Thursday Evenings, 6:30 PM, Fleet Feet Marlton
