2008 Spring Marathon Training

Think you're ready to run a marathon? Even if you're not, you can still run with the Striders as you build up your endurance for shorter races like a 10 miler or half-marathon.

A description of the routes we normally run can be found here. They are are all loops and all have ways to shorten them if they get too long, and we usually have people running at varying speeds.

So come on out and get some long runs in with us.

Want to find a different schedule? There are some links below to popular training programs. From time to time, we'll be adding more as we come across them. If you know of any more, or are following another plan, send us an e-mail and we can post the link there.
