Nicely orchestrated Mt. Holly event, lots of water stops,
course marshalls and security, just need more lavatory facilities if they want
to attract this many runners back. Heather McGarvie, former Shawnee graduate
takes top female awards again. Nice Strider turnout with John Grady and Keith
Wright spectating. This venue seems to attract more than it's share of
competitive runners. Gregg Shivers not satisfied with suffering just the 5K run
ran all the way from Medford to attend! Herb Lorenz makes a cameo appearance, he
can probably still beat most of us.
